Thanksgiving's Revenge Workout

Happy Thanksgiving to all! If you have a chance to swim over the weekend, here is little something to try. If not, don't fret. We will be doing this next Monday! Lane 5 use the first, lane 6 use the second, lane 7 use the next and Lane 8 use the last.
