Next week during Spring Break, there will be coached workouts Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Wednesday night. The pool is open, however, so you can swim any of the regular hours and use the workouts below. There are 4 different workouts each available for 3 different intervals, A, B and C.

New workouts added
Beginning in the January 2013 session, there will be 2 additional workout options each week. Tuesday and Thursday 12:00-1:00 pm. I will be coaching these. Have great holidays and I'll see you when the resolutions kick in! Jacki

Veteran's Day and next week
Normal schedule on Monday. On Tuesday and/or Wednesday mornings, we will be doing the 3000 postal event for those who would like to participate. There will also be a regular workout for those who don't. Just be on time if you plan to do it please.
